It is especially designed for measuring distances on trees to determine the exact shape of trees. Main functions 1. Determine the exact geometry of trees to increaase the accuracy of a PICUS     Sonic Tomograph measurements . 2. Measuring diameters of trees,saving data including species and location for     several thousand trees. The Calliper can be connected to a PC or Pocket PC wireless using Bluetooth radio standard.
